Okey, but imagine Bea finally coming to Wellington and when she arrives at the flat she just ignores Ben, and goes straight up to Peter and just hugs him for a long time. Because even though he did horrible things last year, she has been his friend longer than anybody else, and she can see how much he’s hurting. At first it’s awkward and Peter doesn’t know what to do, but after awhile he hugs back and starts crying, because finally somebody understands and is on his side.

Currently crying because even with the awkwardness between them, Peter was the only one to stand up for Balthazar at all in this video (“I’ve always liked Balthazar”) and you could almost see Balthazar gain a little confidence with someone backing him up (“And I’ve always liked Pedro”)

And you just know that if Peter had been there earlier when they were picking out movies or talking about Kit he would have been like “yeah we should watch that cartoon one” or “ok time to change to the subject”

balthazar lowkey feeling uncomfortable about ben poking fun at peter and texting him instead of barging in on him and his privacy

balthazar sitting quietly while the others argue over his name and insisting he doesn’t mind what he’s called

balthazar getting hit straight in the head with a bowl of popcorn and continuing to laugh and not mention it
